Hi Everyone,
I would like to thank all of you in advance for helping. I have a few offers and a few waitlists that I need to choose from.
1. Background - Indian Citizen (Bachelors in Biotechnology) living in US for the last 8 years. Did my MS Bioinformatics at NYU and have been working in a diagnostics and healthcare firm in Research in Boston for last 5.5 years.
2. Post-MBA goals - My post-mba goals are a bit vague but I am a bit confused between consulting and Tech product management. Firms such as LEK consulting, ZS associates, PWC, BCG , Deloitte or tech companies where I am very flexible not completely set on google amazon etc. Hope this helps and is not too vague.
3. Schools admitted :
BU Questrom - ( ~40K cost of attendance) - great city, good for healthcare, been living in Boston for 5.5 years and fees is manageable. Not all big firms hire on campus or recruit from BU directly per se. Is it possible to get a job on your own in one of the firms I would want to?.
Georgetown McDonough - (~125K cost of attendance) - Great city, strong for recruitment and might give me better education as I have zero background in business. Too costly to attend.
4. Waitlists - NYU Stern(without interview R1) and McCombs(with interview R2).
What do you guys think?. I am also considering if I should reapply next year. Though, I am not going to be able to achieve great work experience in that year. I mean it will be similar to what I have been doing so far and that is reaching a plateau now and so hoping to not stay long but I can if needed.
Any inputs or suggestions are welcome. Thank you so much.
Note - I am hopeful that visa won't be an issue as I might be getting permanent residency before school starts.

You definitely do not want to disrupt the green card process, so I would get that, as the priority. Not sure if you can start school or you have to keep working but I would secure it first.
Assuming you will get your Green Card, I don't know. Graduating with little or without debt is pretty cool and liberating, though it may not make you appreciate what you are getting. Free or cheap things are always under-appreciated...
