Unless you have a very strong regional preference or a strong preference for federal government work, I would go with Owen. These are peer schools, so it likely doesn't make sense to pay $80k + a higher COL for McDonough.

I'm in a similar predicament with another school vs Georgetown. I think it really depends on where you want to be located, job and how comfortable you are with debt.
