I had booked an exam on May 5th 2022 and that was my 5th attempt. But 2 exam were cancelled before that: one Online & another offline cause of external factors, but it seems like they are still active exams in my account, because of that now I cannot book another exam. (Registration Limit Reached).
Now, after a lot of back and forth with the Person Vue people the $10 fee for booking via customer support was waived off, I was very happy to know that as I wanted to give the second attempt as soon as possible, but the problem continues.

Can you ask them to fix the information on your mba.com account? If they can do that, you can book an exam yourself, without going through the customer support people. Cheques are also allowed, but I don't know anyone who's tried that mode of payment.
I have asked that too, one exec said that they need to take upper level approval and something like that to get it fixed, which again does not make any sense.
I am going to call them today again at multiple times of the day. Cheque would be dependent on realisation and I am having trust issues with GMAC, I will try to get to it fixed through call or support. I do hope the suffering ends today.
