I had booked an exam on May 5th 2022 and that was my 5th attempt. But 2 exam were cancelled before that: one Online & another offline cause of external factors, but it seems like they are still active exams in my account, because of that now I cannot book another exam. (Registration Limit Reached).
Now, after a lot of back and forth with the Person Vue people the $10 fee for booking via customer support was waived off, I was very happy to know that as I wanted to give the second attempt as soon as possible, but the problem continues.
The problem is that Pearson people are not able to transfer my call to payments team as I have an Indian Number, the reasoning does not make any sense. They are also not giving me the payments team number. So I am sitting ducks for them to call me back and I have already lost 2 dates and the latest available is for 7th July, which will be very soon booked as they are taking forever to call back.nI am pondering on how they take $200 and provide such **** service.
One customer support person gave a number mentioning that it was of Payments team. Guess what, it was the same number that I was calling on. Such is the support system.
The frustration has got me to look at GRE as an option as I want to apply for R1 and hot having a great score does impact my planning.
Can any one please help me any email or contact whom I can email and get the issue fixed and the nightmare to end
