i completed my graduation with flying colors.I have GPA 4 (> 91% ) in my Graduate program.
List down your questions for MBA Crystal Ball ::
1) Should i apply to MBA Programs such as ISB, IIM's , Harvard OR ANY OTHER GOOD COLLEGE etc with my low GMAT Score(560) ?
2) Should i give THIRD attempt to GMAT ?
3) Kindly suggest me better way to recover myself as i am not finding any ways to move out from this?

You should almost certainly take the GMAT again, as 560 is far too low a score for Harvard, even for an Executive MBA. I'm curious about how you've been studying, though, because it seems strange that you dropped 20 points over 3 months.

Given your background, I would recommend you to go for a retake.
Your score indicates a clear lack of understanding of fundamentals. You need to build the concepts/fundamentals before you jump in solving the problems. You can do so by choosing one of the following ways:
1. In person classes/private tutoring
2. Online classes
3. Self paced online preparatory course
4. Book heavy approach
Whatever you choose, make sure that you choose one. Because GMAT tests you on some concepts and fundamentals that you can learn from a course. Most of the preparatory companies including ours offer a free trial of our course. You can take the trial and see if the course suits your needs.
