Hello and thanks for your post.
The application process is truly holistic, and committees will look at your stats (GPA and GMAT), internship experience, and extracurriculars.
Your GMAT is very strong, though compared to others in your demographic, it is about the average. Even so, it’s tough to do much better than a 740, and since it sounds like you also have a high GPA, your stats will certainly give you a chance at a deferred program.
It is hard to gauge your internship experience without knowing more details, but you seem to have well rounded experience. Hopefully you can point to your accomplishments and impact you have made as an intern. It is also a positive that you have a good full-time job lined up after college. Additionally, it will be important to explain why you want your MBA in the future. Be sure your story makes sense, and is realistic and specific.
Regarding extracurriculars, make sure to really emphasize your leadership roles you have taken on, in addition your time in theatre.
You should be proud of what you have accomplished so far, and I think you do have a chance at some of these schools, but they are extremely competitive – even more than the full-time programs – and each deferred program simply does not have the room to admit all the world's qualified applicants. For that reason, I suggest apply to as many as you can. (I encourage you to review our HBS 2+2 and Deferred Admissions Guide on our site.) Hopefully these schools will see that you have a compelling story and are someone who will add value to the classroom and community.
Good luck!
