Hi sanjanasahu ..
Welcome to Gmatclub. It seems to me that you are looking for a career advise rather than GMAT - age factor. I agree with other users who have replied that age is not a matter of GMAT. It depends what benefit you are looking after getting your desired score. It can be anything - MBA / EMBA. My advise with the event sequence:
1. Get a job - This should be No. 1 Priority for now. Forget about GMAT. Without a job and having a brilliant score will not get an admit for MBA / EMBA.
2. Is it really required? - Ask yourself, whether an MBA/EMBA is really required or you can get what you want through some online or short term courses?
3. When you know, what you want - follow and prepare accordingly with the schools/program requriements
4. Let's say MBA - I am unsure where you live now. I can suggest only European schools (IMD, HEC, Judge, Manchester, Said). It will not be easy
5. Let's say EMBA - You can target for any school in the world. Most beneficial will be a school of the country in which you moved to

I think, we can continue this discussion later once you get a job and settle for some time. Do not rush.

Hi,
I am planning to write my GMAT at age 37.
Reason to be prepared well for next Leadership roles and to contribute at a big scale.
I have relocated to a new country with my spouse and currently exploring jobs too , which means I am jobless.
What are the necessary preparations required ? Is this the right decision ?Apart from the score how do I ensure I get through a world ranked college.
All responses will be highly obliged.
Thanks
