Hi jinitbheda,
Assuming that these practice CAT Scores are accurate, then you are remarkably close to scoring 700+ right now. At higher-and-higher score levels, the GMAT becomes really 'sensitive' to little mistakes though, so it helps to know WHY you're getting questions wrong. As such, you should always do a full review of each CAT that you take.
After reviewing each section of your last CAT, how many questions did you get wrong....
1) Because of a silly/little mistake?
2) Because there was some math/verbal that you just could not remember how to do?
3) Because the question was too hard?
4) Because you were low on time and had to guess?
Once you define why you're getting questions wrong, you can put in the necessary effort to 'fix' those issues and potentially score higher.
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
