Preparation: Used Princeton Review books. Always had been strong in Quants. Verbal - solved few
OG questions.
No GMAT mocks taken. Preparation time: 8 days (approx. 15 hrs a day)
September 2016
GMAT II : 670 score (Q47, V35, IR7, AWA5.5)
Preparation: Learned strategies for verbal. Purchased
MGMAT mocks. Practiced only one mock. Quant a total of 2 days preparation. IR - half day. AWA - used template. Solved entire
OG questions in Verbal section. One GMAT Prep exam taken.
Total Preparation time: 14 days (approx. 15 hrs a day)
Background:
Have a good GPA of 9.29/10. Graduated from a top institution in Tamil Nadu, India( CIT -Anna University)
Work-ex : 3 years in IBM GBS.
Leading a team of Java Developers. Interacted with clients across the globe.
Was Secretary of ECE association in college. Part of ODC(On Demand Community - ) @ IBM.
Funding:
I can pool all my resources and gather upto a max of $50k (including loans from Indian banks)
So profile is weak, GMAT score is average and I am from a very competitive pool(Indian IT) of MBA aspirants.
Needed advice on whether to retake GMAT with a month of solid effort or apply with this score. Have 5
MGMAT tests available. 1 GMAT prep mock available.
I am very weak in SC. I could not muster a clear-cut approach to tackle SC questions.
