Is there a place in the application where I can select the medium of instruction during undergraduate education to be English, so that I qualify for TOEFL waiver?
No there is no such option in the application. Indian applicants anyways get a TOEFL waiver.
DeeMBA - How do you know that "Indian applicants anyways get a TOEFL waiver" at Goizueta? Did you have any conversation with the Adcom on this or is there any link on the website that explicitly states the same?
If so, can you please share the relevant info on the forum ? It'd simply substantiate your statement and in turn, will help fellow applicants going forward.
Hi ,
Its mentioned on their website. see below -
"You are not required to submit an English Language Test Score if your undergraduate degree is from an institution in which English is the language of instruction AND you work in a country where commerce is generally conducted in English (for Example: India, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda). No TOEFL waiver is required, please do not request one."
In addition , I am an indian applicant & I have not given TOEFL (and not requested for a waiver either ). Yet, school considers my application complete. Hope this helps
