Hi anagharaj,

I'm sorry to hear that Test Day didn't go as well as hoped. In addition to your ongoing study plans, since you're working out how best to approach your applications, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

https://gmatclub.com/forum/ask-admissio ... tants-124/

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying:

1) How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks?

If you took your Official GMAT at a Test Center, then you might also choose to purchase the Enhanced Score Report. While the ESR doesn’t provide a lot of information, there are usually a few data points that we can use to define what went wrong on Test Day (and what you should work on to score higher). If you purchase the ESR, then I'll be happy to analyze it for you.

Hi sjuniv32,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I have purchased the official guide and the additional set of books for both quant and verbal. Yes, I do feel like I have to revisit my fundamentals, could you clarify what you meant by Practice Questions 1 and 2, did you mean those additional books?

Thanks!

EMPOWERgmatRichC,
Thank you for your reply!
On average, I used to study 2 hrs on weekdays and maybe 4+ hrs on weekends.
I started my mocks in Jan and took it mostly a week apart.

v27, q41

Here's a verbal student who re-took and went from a v31 to a V40. They took 6 hours of solving approach tutoring and did other stuff that hopefully provides some helpful insight.

Hi anagharaj,

Did you make a decision on how to move forward with your GMAT studying? Do you plan to apply to schools or buckle down and study for 6 months?
