Yes I would definitely retake the GRE. Especially to improve your verbal score. Have you seen this GRE to GMAT conversion tool?
https://www.ets.org/s/gre/flash/bschool ... 17302/170/Some schools use it (though not all), so it's good to know how your score compares (I get a 470 when I plug your scores in).
Also, have you considered taking the GMAT instead? Some consider the verbal on GMAT to be a little easier, though the quant can be harder. Might be worth taking a practice test to see if you would do any better on GMAT.
But yes, bottom line is I think if you want to consider 'good' schools (though I'm not sure what you mean by good), I think a higher test score would definitely help. And schools always consider your highest score so there's no harm in retaking.
