Hello everybody,
So here I am after passing my two interviews and awaiting the outcome of my HEC admission for the 2014 September intake (it says the decision is due the 7TH … so hopefully tomorrow I will know). I think that HEC is a great school and definitely recommend future applicants to take a visit if they have the opportunity.
I would like to share with you my background and application experience.
I am an Aerospace engineer, 26 yo almost 27, 700 on the GMAT and 5 years of work experience. Basically, I put a lot of effort on preparing the essays and the application (5 moths?). I submitted the application by the end of December and the 15th of January I got my pre-selection (invitation to interview). Five days later, HEC provided me with the names of my interviewers, their email contact and the instructions to prepare the presentation (they keep it simple and open). The interviews were carried out by alumni and the information flowed in both directions (do not hesitate in asking them about their experiences).
I hope that this experience is useful for future applicants!
I keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow’s decision and whish everybody good luck as well!
