Hi mmtakam23,
GMAT skills tend to fade over time if you're not practicing consistently - so since you started back up in October it's more appropriate to say that you've been studying for 1.5 to 2 months. Many Test Takers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so it's likely that you just have not put in enough time and effort yet. While you might naturally improve as you continue to study, these two CAT scores are essentially identical (which means that you keep responding to the GMAT in the same general way). To score at a much higher level, you'll likely need at least another 2 months of consistent, guided study with an emphasis on learning/practicing new Tactics. You might also want to consider pushing back your Test Date.
1) How many hours do you study each week? What type of study routine do you follow?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,

I am thinking about moving the test date to late February. Do you think that is enough time?
I have been studying before work for 2 hrs everday doing Quant and
Verbal OG questions and reviewing old concepts. When I have the energy, I have been studying at night as well, but morning is when I retain more information. I also have been studying on the weekends for a few hours.
I appreciate your feedback!
