Divisors of 64= 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64
Among the divisors of 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 are multiples of 4.

Hence, the correct answer is option D.

(C) Four

(D) Five

(E) Six

Divisors of 64 are 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64, all of which are multiples of 4 except 1 and 2. So there are 5 positive integers that are both multiples of 4 and divisors of 64

Answer: D
