10! 10 itself + 2*5 =2
20! 20 + 12*15 and WHatever there is in 10!=4
30 30 + 22*25 ,here 25 has 2 fives hence this five can be combined with another 2 to get another zero + whatever we have in 20! = 7

2 + 4 + 7 = 13
