Hi all,
My test date is soon approaching and I'm due to take the exam on Nov 16th. I've already rescheduled this exam once and do not want to reschedule it again. I've been studying on and off for a few years but been studying for the past 4-5 months consistently. I've finished going through the MGMAT books and going through the OG Quant Review practice questions now since that's currently still my weakness. What's the best way to go about this? I am keeping an error log (using one of the ones provided here). Do I go through all practice questions first and then review my incorrect ones? Or should I periodically review all the ones I got incorrect as I'm slowly going through the questions? How should I proceed to make the best use of the rest of my time?
I've been taking an official CAT Exam every week and my scores have stalled. Here are my last couple official scores. Aiming to hit a 680...

Q - 38, 36%
V - 29, 57%
IR - 3
Total - 560, 44%
MGMAT CAT EXAM (free with the books I bought) - 10/13/19
Q - 40, 41%
V - 30, 59%
IR - 3.8
Total - 580, 51%
Official CAT #2 - 10/20/19
Q - 36, 31%
V - 38, 85%
IR - 5, 55%
Total 610, 61%
Official CAT #3 - 10/27/19
Q - 40, 41%

To be honest, since you have been studying for so long and have not broken 610, I really think that you need to look at HOW you have been preparing and make some changes. With that in mind, although you do not want to do so, I also think that you need to push back your GMAT, keep studying, and take the exam when you are truly ready. Beyond just wanting to get the test over with, are you taking it on November 16 because of any application deadlines?

Since you've been studying for so long, I completely understand why you would want to be 'done' with the GMAT. However, THAT is not actually your Goal though - scoring 680+ is your Goal (and you should not lose sight of that).
GMAC has publicly stated that the Official Score that you earn on Test Day is within +/- 30 points of actual ability. Assuming a similar 'swing' in how your CATs function, your 4 CAT score results show that you essentially performed the same each time (about 580 +/- a few points). You handle certain aspects of the GMAT consistently well, but you also make certain consistent mistakes.
Since these Scores go back about 3.5 months, it's likely that you have gotten 'stuck' at this particular score level. Raising a 580 to the point that you can consistently score 680+ will likely require at least another 2 months of consistent, guided study - and you'll have to make significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections. Thankfully, the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level. There's no harm in taking your GMAT as scheduled, but you will almost certainly have to retake it again later - so you can save some money and aggravation by pushing back your current Test Date.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) Over the last 4 months, how many hours have you typically study each week?
2) Over the course of ALL of your studies, what other study materials have you used (besides the books that you listed)?
3) Have you taken any of these 4 CATs before (at any point during your prior studies)?
Goals:
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
5) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
