Don't burn yourself out -- simulate just 1 test in the prior 5-7 days before the real test. Spend the rest of the week working on questions you were uncertain on or got wrong.

Practice sprints -- answer the question, pause for a breather, then focus like crazy going into your next question. Practice these periods of intense concentration -- and then let it loose. You gotta let all that tension relax -- helps you build stamina so you're ready on test day.
