All the best guys :-D :-D :-D Eligibility Recognized bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in India/abroad in any discipline, be employed in a full-time job, must have at least five years of managerial experience as on March 31, 2017 in an organization of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector after completing graduation. PGDM (GMP) Candidates may apply either through XAT or GMAT score . Selection Criteria Candidates may apply for more than one programme. Those who apply for multiple programmes may be called for multiple interviews and group discussions. The selection criteria for different programmes may differ depending on the nature of the programme. XAT written test will have multiple components and you need to maximize your performance in each of these components. In its pursuit of academic excellence, XLRI actively encourages the students from diverse backgrounds. While preparing the shortlisted candidates for the interview, in addition to XAT performance, XLRI may factor in academic ability and the relevant work experience. Besides performance in the personal interviews and group discussions, we also consider XAT performance, relevant work experience, academic ability, extra-curricular activities etc. while preparing the final list. For candidates who cannot be present physically for the XLRI interviews due to their being out of the country, interviews would be carried out in online mode via Internet only for General Management Programme (GMP). Can anyone shed some light on this program compared to SPJAIN? Is there any international immersion included as part of this?

NEVER compare XLRI to Spjain. They are not in the same league. XLRI is one of the best programs in India. I think ISB and XLRI are at par w.r.t pedigree. One of my best friends landed an internship in Paris and is currently working in India (for Colgate) In her words-> XLRI and ISB are the only two management programs in India which are worth going to.
