Have read it too, but didn't find any ways to validate some of the negative comments.

When you say that you didn't find any ways to validate some of the negative comments does that means that you were able to validate some of the negative comments?

I have not found any source to validate whether the negative comments are reality or not.

I'm so glad finally I could get to see anything apart from "ISB profiles calling" thread. Have been wondering from a long time , how hyped is that ,

I have received an admit and have paid the first installment. Does anyone know till what date I can pull out of the course if I have a change of mind and how much of the money paid will be refunded?

You can call the XLRI admissions office directly and ask them. I suppose there is an option to accept or reject the offer. In case you reject the offer, some amount is deducted, that maybe processing fees, taxes, etc. But it would be better if you talk to admissions office directly.
