I had done all the CR questions in the Verbal Review (2nd ed) and up to question #90 in OG (12th ed). The CR questions in OG seem to be a bit more difficult compare to the Verbal Review. How is the CR questions in the real GMAT compare to the OG in terms of difficulty?

That depends on how you are doing in the test. I did reasonably well and most CR questions I got were similar to the last 20-30 questions in the OG.

OG questions are a great representation of actual GMAT questions (especially the last few). Of course it is no surprise since they are old actual GMAT questions. The point is, if after covering your concepts thoroughly and practicing a bit, you get most of the OG questions correct, it is an indication that you are well prepared for CR of actual GMAT. The level hasn't changed much (the same cannot be said about Quant. It is tougher than Quant of OG12). Verbal Review is more of a conceptual book with easier problems... Try and be comfortable with the OG level and then some more....
