As we know, 0.6a = 0.4b. So, b = 0.6a/0.4 = 3a/2 = 1.5a.

Now, (b/a) × 100 = (1.5a/a) × 100 = 1.5 × 100 = 150%

Hence, b is 150% of a.

So, the correct answer is A.
