We want to find the solution for $$\frac{(a+b+c)}{3}$$

a+b=7
b+c=14
a+c=3

a+b+b+c+a+c=24
2(a+b+c)=24
a+b+c=12

12/3=4

$$\frac{(7+14+3)}{(2a+2b+2c)}$$ => $$\frac{12}{a+b+c}$$ => $$\frac{12}{3}=4$$ (Answer A)

Add all 3, We get 2a+2b+2c=24

So a+b+c=12

We need average so divide by 3. 12/3=4.
