If h1 and h2 are the number of households and t1 and t2 are the number of televisions of county 1 and county 2 respectively, the ratio of the number of households to the number of televisions is greater for which of the two counties?
(1) h1 > h2
(2) t1 > t2

h1 and t1 may be equal and h2 and t2 may also be equal in which case the ratios are equal.
