D. Whatever the numbers, 3 consecutive number will definitely be divisible by 2 and 3.

Take some examples 5,6,7.
Their product 210 is divisible by both 2 and 3.
Example 7,8,9 product 504 is divisible by 2,3 and 4

Though in this case with the answers available this is the correct choice, however if the 3 consecutive numbers are -1,0,1
their product will not be divisible by either 2,3 or 4. So if any other option (None of the above) is available, that will be the answer
