Given: Ra/Ha = Rb/Hb
CSA(a)/CSA(b) = ?
(Ra*Ha)/(Rb*Hb) = (Ra^2)/(Rb^2) = ?

St1: Ra/Rb = 2/1
Sufficient

St2: (Ra^3)/(Rb^3) = 8/1 --> Ra/Rb = 2/1
Sufficient

Answer: D
