Placements are getting better every year. You can get the detailed placement report from the college's website. None of the Indian colleges, give such a detailed level of placement report. More about the packages, it's the leadership role that people are getting. Most of the alumnis have accelerated growth after 2 year's of PGPX. None of the progile got Management trainee sort of role, even with McKinsey. Please make sure you check about the roles rather than packages as packages are tends to mislead people.

Undoubtedly, it is one of the best One year MBA in India if you have experience more than 7-8 year.

Hi kvishwa1987,
That's a nice profile overall. The IIMA PGPX course is for middle-level managers, so naturally, the adcoms would look for leadership skills among applicants. From this perspective, i'd ask you to focus on your leadership skills even if you worked in an R&D role. A lot of applicants we talk to coming from similar roles such as yours often feel they lack leadership skills because they are not leading teams. Don't be restrained by that thought (if you feel so). You could demonstrate how you took ownership, initiated, changed and improved processes.
We could talk further about this if you'd like.

Hi All,

I have scored a 610 in GMAT (Q 40 V 34). I plan to finalize this score because I do not have an option of giving it again. I have over 5 years of IT experience with 2 companies. I have been into software development and consultancy both throughout my career. My 10th, 12th and B.Tech is 84%, 74% and 7.7 CGPA respectively.

What are my chances of admission in any of the IIMs for the 2020 batch? Any help would be appreciated.
