Hello Devashishmishra

You have a decent profile for the one year program at IIMs.
Entrepreneurial experience and international exposure definitely helps.
Some of your achievements look solid too. Hence, fodder for essays.
To further stand out, do mention extracurricular too. You can read here to know what are the factors you should be focusing on in your application.
Lastly, I don't see a mention of your career goals and the motivation to pursue an MBA, especially with your experience. This is the most vital part of an application. You may want to add to your research by reading here.
To conclude- decent shot if you package your essay/LOR well.

Hi Suman,

My advice is to give GMAT again and get a good score. Your acads are good but whether you are good to under go hectic schedule of MBA schools, will always be a question to answer in your interviews. Having a good GMAT score, you can very well showcase your zeal to excel even in the current age. Hence, it is vital to get a decent score. After which, with your good profile will help you get in your dream college.

Thanks,
Devashish

Hello Devashishmishra

Congratulations on the multiple invites. What an enviable situation to be in :-)
Your question does not have an easy answer, without first understanding more on your career motivations and personal preferences.
With 11 years of work ex, IIMA might be a slightly better choice, but I am looking at just one data point while saying this. A lot of qualitative info around your career goals, personal preferences is missing, so I do not want to give bad advice with half information.
