Consider F and Y as one unit: {FY}.
Now, 5 units {FY}, {A}, {M}, {I}, {L} can be arranged in 5! ways. In addition F and Y within their units can be arranged in 2!. So, the total # of ways is 5!*2!=240.
Answer: C.

We are already using 2*1 for FY, if we consider them as one unit and do 5!, wont there be duplication?
