4x = 2(3y)
4x = 6y
x/y = 2/3

In steps:

4x = 2(3y)
4x = 6y

$$\frac{4x}{y}$$ = $$\frac{6y}{y}$$ => $$\frac{4x}{y}$$ = 6

$$\frac{(\frac{4x}{y})}{4}$$ = $$\frac{6}{4}$$ =>

$$\frac{4x}{4y}$$ = $$\frac{6}{4}$$

$$\frac{x}{y}$$ = $$\frac{6}{4}$$, or $$\frac{3}{2}$$

PQX = 4x
Hence STU = 3y = 2x

Therefore x/y = 3/2

Correct Option: C
