for triangle OR=OS=OT radius
and x+y+angle ROS = 360
since r,s,t are tangetns to sides ac,ab,cb so they all are at 90* on each side
all center angle would sum up to 270 ; 360-90 = 270 = x+y

Imo D

X+y =360-90(obtained from square angle at centre of circle, bcz tangent to circle is 90 each and right angle, they all together add to 270 , leaving 90 centre angle of circle)

X+y=270
