Statement 1: $$K>2L$$ if $$L=-2$$ then $$K>-4$$ i.e $$K$$ can be $$-3$$ then in this case $$K<L$$ or $$K=1$$, then $$K>L$$. Insufficient

Statement 2: $$K-L>0=>K>L$$. Sufficient
