I feel safe to note down:-
1. 2 is the only even prime
2. 1 is not a prime.
3. Given 'X' is a positive integer.

Question stem:-Is the positive integer X a prime number?

St1:-X is a factor of another positive integer Y and Y is even

a) If Y=2, then X could be 1 and 2. 1 is not a prime and 2 is a prime
b) If Y=10, then X could be 1,2,5, and 10. 1 and 10 are not prime but 2 and 5 are a prime.

Insufficient.

St2:- X is not equal to 2.
So, X could be any positive integer except 2.-------------(c)
Clearly insufficient.

Combined, we have from(a), X=1 which is not a prime. ($$x\neq2$$)
and we have from (b), X =1,10, and 5 where 1 and 10 are not prime but 5 is a prime.
Insufficient.
