I was wondering whether we get a pop-up notification in the last few minutes (i.e. last 10 min) of each section. If so, then when we do we get it? Pop-up can be really helpful, reminding one to wrap up and guess on remaining questions in case you have a few questions left.

When I'm running behind time, I'm worried that I wouldn't have time to randomly mark/guess questions at the end in order to avoid the penalty of not marking all questions.

I know that the GMAT tutorial says that "You can minimize the time remaining and the question number reminders by clicking on them. When you have five (5) minutes remaining, the time remaining will automatically reappear. " but "reappearing" of the timer icon isn't the same thing as "pop-up notification", just to clarify.

I never minimize the timer icon anyway so that "reappearing" feature doesn't really help.

While taking a practice test, I did notice a pop-up in the last 1 min as shown in the screenshot.
PS: I did get that Q right though I had to randomly mark the last one.

Thanks!

Hi dabaobao,

On the actual GMAT, you do not get a pop-up that informs you that you have 5 minutes left on your GMAT.
