Suraj,

How much of this experience is full time work experience after you completed your graduation? ISB will consider only that as your experience, no other.
TFI is great experience to have on your resume, especially if you worked in their 2 year program with schools. However, I am unable to get a complete picture of your work experience from the way you have listed it here, so do elaborate on it.

Hi,
Please evaluate my profile. I am about to fill application for R2 2018 entry

[c]Work experience:[/b] - 4.5 years till date
i) OYO Rooms (Dec 2015 to present )
-Managed development of a booking user interface for Sales agents for a new supply category converging around 2000+ hotels; brought ~ 4 M impact on company’s monthly revenue by saving Sales agents’ bandwidth.
-Designed metrics to evaluate performance of ~1000 Sales Agents (SAs); prepared LIVE dashboards to bring leadership team’s visibility on key performance indicators and decided on criteria to improve the performance of cohort; sent automated performance summary emails to respective managers of SAs with corrective next steps.
-Led a team of 10 that is central point of contact between Sales agents and central teams; the team solved over 10000+ queries for around 1000 SAs and saved their 20% daily bandwidth on follow-ups with central teams.

ii) iRunway (Technical consulting and litigation support firm) - ( June 2013 to Nov 2015)

--Coordinator of few events in college fests.
[e]Why MBA? [/b]
Looking forward to enhance my leadership skills and possibly get into senior leadership position in Operations domain in an established organisation

I'd strongly recommend retaking the GMAT/GRE. You have an otherwise competitive profile, but both your GMAT and GRE are way below the class average, which will certainly put you at a disadvantage.

Your essays anf entire application should be strong. The overally profile should be balanced and should atand out. There are 7-8 parameters and your cgpa and 10-12th percentage combine to make one parameter. Write your essays well and make your application strong

Gmat score does matter but its not the decisive factor. And also more than the numbers, its the industry and the relevance that maters more and your growth.

A mechanical engineer from Delhi and currently working with Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering (Offshore Oil & Gas) Bangalore, since 2015. In my current role as a Piping Engineer I have worked in all phases of Procurement Cycle (Engineering, Procurement & Construction). Main area of interest and achievements are in Operational Excellence initiatives in Procurement and related activities (which constitutes 60% of Project cost in offshore projects). Worked with oil and gas majors like MODEC, Saudi Aramco, ONGC, EIL.

Looking at this profile (Male, General, engineer) what score should I aim at?
