Please evaluate my profile. I am about to fill application for R2 2018 entry
[a]Test Scores[/b]
GMAT- 660, Q-50, V - 28, AWA - 5, IR - 6
GRE- 318, Q-166, V- 152
Academics:
95.2% in 10th CBSE
84.4% in 12th (CBSE)
1st division with honours (7.93 was my CGPA) from IIT (BHU), Varanasi, 2013 batch
[c]Work experience:[/b] - 4.5 years till date
i) OYO Rooms (Dec 2015 to present )
-Managed development of a booking user interface for Sales agents for a new supply category converging around 2000+ hotels; brought ~ 4 M impact on company’s monthly revenue by saving Sales agents’ bandwidth.
-Designed metrics to evaluate performance of ~1000 Sales Agents (SAs); prepared LIVE dashboards to bring leadership team’s visibility on key performance indicators and decided on criteria to improve the performance of cohort; sent automated performance summary emails to respective managers of SAs with corrective next steps.
-Led a team of 10 that is central point of contact between Sales agents and central teams; the team solved over 10000+ queries for around 1000 SAs and saved their 20% daily bandwidth on follow-ups with central teams.
ii) iRunway (Technical consulting and litigation support firm) - ( June 2013 to Nov 2015)
-Headed a team of 3 that analysed one of the most extensive patent portfolios of Intel Software; saved $400K for Intel on patent renewal; deeply appreciated by the client and awarded Employee of the Quarter.
-Led a team of 4 for identifying high revenue generating Intellectual property (IP) assets for top technical universities in the US and Israel.
[d]Extra- curricular activities[/b]
--Got in touch with an NGO- Goonj to help out cyclone affected people in South India. I raised awareness among employees in iRunway and nearby Tech parks about the emergency situation and motivated them to contribute.
--As a Fire Marshal at OYO, I make employees aware about safety methods and procedures that need to be followed in case of emergency situations and organise mock drills.
--Coordinator of few events in college fests.

Can you please evaluate my profile for class of 2020. I know it's quite early.
I am a Marine engineer by profession, working with professionals of different nationalities onboard the ship, and have a work experience of 2.5 years as of now. I graduated from BITS PILANI with a CGPA of 8.8. I took my GMAT in Dec 2017 and scored 690(V40,Q44). Currently, I work with one of the biggest company in the shipping industry. ( fortune 500)
10th marks - 87.8%
(CBSE)
12th marks - 87.8%
(CBSE)
Extra curriculars-
1) State level cricket for Rajasthan ( twice)
2) Was house captain at junior and senior level
3) Lot of prizes in debate and other intra house sports ( cricket, badminton, basketball, swimming. )
4) Got "Good Samaritan award" during graduation.
College level -
5) Had leadership roles in college for all the years ( was House Cadet Captain - managing around 300 cadets)
6) Got scholarship for every semester ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 10,000
7) Got "Spirited performance award" upon graduation.
Current role-
Includes watch keeping as full incharge of main engine and boiler, inventory management, performance analysis of engines, compressors, purifiers, fuel management (worth of hundred thousands of dollars), part of emergency team.
Promotion - Obtained MEO class 4 from Govt. Of India. Based on which, I was promoted to next rank. I also write for one of the famous maritime websites as freelance writer.
Special mention - I was involved in rescue operation of more than 300 refugees from Sudan and Somalia who were trapped in Libya.
Post MBA goals - I want to work in operations sector specifically SCM. I think my experience of inventory and fuel management will come handy.
Target school: ISB , IIM-Udaipur PGPX, SP Jain PGDM
Also, can you please suggest me whether it will be a wise decision to do lean six sigma green belt course to make my profile stand out ( given the fact that lot of senior rank mariners also apply to ISB)
