Hello
A few pointers on your profile-
1) With 10 years of experience and wanting to build a career in finance, make sure you do your research on if ISB is the best choice here. In terms of years of experience, you might be an outlier (not a deal breaker certainly, but something worth considering). Secondly, ISB, with all due respect is not known for a lot of finance jobs and whether it is a right fit for you will depend on what you have done till now and what sort of seniority you are at (something your post does not throw much light upon)
2) Be more specific about your career goals- what roles and companies will you target after ISB. What transferable skills do you have that will make it possible for you to achieve this? What skill gaps do you want ISB to fill? Answers to these will also help you identify whether ISB is a right fit for your aspirations.
3) Focus on career progress and achievements at work
4) Also talk about extracurricular activities- these are a good way to add diversity
