I am an ISB Alum, CO15, and have been assisting applicants to get into global business schools since then.
Your GMAT score is of concern since it is below the requirements of ISB program.
The extracurricular activities listed also seem to be dated. You need to focus on the leadership roles and activities you have undertaken a little recently. You could mention the projects you worked on and led in Amazon. You need to balance out the score with a good amount of extracurricular activities as well as personal initiatives. You need to focus on your application essay as well and show how this course is suited for your future endeavours.

Hello ManasviJ hope you are doing well
Good chance of making it through the EEO. Do focus on how you grew professionally and personally in a short span of time through all the opportunities you had. Reflect on key takeaways and learnings from each stint to demonstrate self-awareness and the ability to leverage strengths and improvise on weaknesses to become better as a manager/professional. A score closer to 330 on GRE would help your candidacy.

The information is too quantitative in its current form. Let us touch upon all the aspects-
1. Work Experience- Amazon brand can help, and the number of years is in the sweet spot, but very little information around career progression in these 4 years and what are the key achievements worth talking about. This will be a key differentiator that will help you stand out from the competition. if not for this profile evaluation, then at least for your essays, you should be thinking on the lines of bringing out the qualitative details around your work ex.
2. GMAT score- slightly below par for ISB. Can it be compensated? Sure, by strong work ex, extracurricular and clarity of thought- but as mentioned above, it is difficult to comment on the work ex in its current form.
3. Extracurricular- Most look dated, unless there are stellar achievements worth talking about. Just like work ex, the qualitative details are missing and going by the bullet list shared, these seem too old enough to help you stand out. Do you have any recent extracurricular worth talking about?
4. Career Goals- most important piece of the admissions puzzle, this helps the school understand fit with the candidate and the level of clarity for someone willing to spend a year and big money. This is missing from your post and makes the profile evaluation incomplete.
