Yes, I have also requested for extension of deadline to October. So that they'll extend it atleast to end of September

Yeah I have also requested for October. The situations offline could get better and we would have substantial time to submit good scores for our application.

You can select 30th September
However, if you are going to take your GMAT after 30 September then you can use the 31st October deadline

I called up ISB. They said that they'd be announcing the final decision regarding the postponement after 2 days.

(Chances are the deadline is going to remain the same)

What? For so long we've had positive signs on extension, how is this possible ? Have you people taken your GMAT already?

The person whom I spoke to said this. She said that there are chances that the deadline would remain the same.

Although, they'd be providing some extension to students, who for some reason weren't able to comply with the deadline. Those students will have to a write a mail to ISB. She didn't clear out the entire process and just said everything will be out in two days.

I also talked to her just now. She said that if we write an email to ISB , saying that our exams will be getting over in late august and that whether we can submit the application by say 15th September , ISB would be alright with it.

Damn, they shouldn't have gotten our hopes high, in that case. The adcom seemed pretty firm on an extension.

It is actually quite unfair. Considering we all have been waiting for the final extended deadline according to which we will be giving our GMAT/GRE, they should'nt have gotten our hopes high about having enough time to prepare if this was the case.
