Hi

I am a YLP re-applicant, currently in final year, have cleared stage 1. Applied with GRE score of 323 last year and interview wasn't too great. Didn't convert.

Undergrad gpa (economics): 8.22
GRE: 323
decent extra curriculars, founded a social entrepreneurial venture in college as well.

Can anyone advice whether 323 GRE is worth applying with again given my profile? Or would it be better to take GMAT. If GMAT, then whether online or wait for in person exam.

Would highly appreciate some insights, thanks!

your undergrad GPA is good and you have decent extra-curricular. I ll say work on your essay and maybe improve your GRE/GMAT just to be on a safer side.

Does any body have any ideas as to what exactly ISB is expecting us to write in the essay for stage 2 ? I am kind of falling short on ideas.

Hey guys! Is there any updates on the deadline for YLP STAGE 2? We won't be receiving the results for my final semester, so any updates on what needs to be done then? Please let me know, thanks.

They aren't asking for final year marksheets just yet. For final year folks, they require all marksheets till the final year and similarly for third year folks till their prefinal year

Hey guys, long time,
Though I am not entirely sure apparently the deadline for the stage-2 would be extending i.e. it won't be 31st August anymore.

Yes, a representative from the ISB Admissions team did say that the deadline was extending in a webinar today. He said we'll get to know the revised deadlines within a week or so.

Oh okay! Didn't attend today's webinar. Thank you for clearing that out.

Also, have you all taken GMAT yet? I'm having a hard time finalizing the date for my attempt because of all the uncertainty due to the pandemic. Can someone please share what their course of action is going to be if they are in a similar situation rn

Hey, I'm having the same issue with my GRE. I am not sure as to when I need to write. However, since we will be getting the revised deadline, that will hopefully give us more clarity as to when we can take up the test.

Hey,
So yeah I did book a slot for offline GMAT on 5th August, but with the extension, I was thinking of rescheduling it to a later date.

Guys, will we be charged for rescheduling our GMAT? Because I heard somewhere that it's free of cost because of the COVID situation.

Yeah, you're correct. As of now, there are no rescheduling charges.
