It has been established that people who live in the northern hemisphere live longer on average than those who live in the southern hemisphere. However, this does not mean that climate conditions alone cause people to live longer in the northern hemisphere. Among people who die in the southern hemisphere, many do so because of malnutrition or lack of medical treatment.Which of the following, if true, most strengthens the argument?

The conclusion says that people on S.H die due to malnutrition and lack of medical care.
So if an additional premise shows that malnutrition and medical care are the only reasons by eliminating the possibility of other reasons, that can be the answer.
In E, it states that if food and treatment are taken care of people in S.H live as long as people in N.H .
