Hello dupuis2304 Congratulations on getting the interview invite. This is not an automatic response and not everyone gets it so quickly. There are few factors that enable the recruitment advisors to take this decision on their own. For other candidates, they first do the assessment and prepare a candidate file. This file is then submitted to the AdCom for their review. After that, AdCom decides whether to move ahead or not with the candidate.
AdCom members meet twice in a month usually on 15th and last day of the month.
