From my understanding, Kellogg require the interview component completed before they will review your file. So waiving your interview would mean that they will proceed to review your file, and if (hopefully when) they decide not to ding you, they will interview you via Skype/phone. I could be wrong here, but that's what I understand of the process. So, don't worry about it. You should get the call soon enough. Good luck!

Yes, Kellogg interviews everyone where possible. On the application form you chose your preference of on-campus or off-campus. In countries/locations with high demand like India where there may not be enough alums for all applicants, some applicants will get waivers. I opted for off campus interview in US. Ad com today waived my i/v as there is no alumni available in the requested area. I also have video essay waiver due to issues with essay recording. What are the chances? I am really worried now. I'll call ad com tomorrow to discuss my options.
