That's not entirely true. I got my call 2-3 weeks before the decision date. Needless to say it was a complete surprise. Then again they might have changed it in the last 2 years.

I have asked for off-campus interview. Any idea, when can I expect to hear from ad com?

Interesting - I reached out to my interviewer, and he no longer lives in my state! Hopefully, I'll get matched to someone else soon (and still have the whole 14 days).

For people who have chosen on-campus option, are we supposed to call them to schedule one or wait for an email inviting us to interview with them?
