dinged......interview went off very good though......was interviewed by Julie Wiley..anyone who was interviewed with her and managed an admit

The pleasantness of an interview is not an indicator of admission chances. Content and the way you put your points across matter. My own interview was extremely pleasant and friendly and nice and what not.. but it didn't help me in the end. In fact I think the reason I got dinged was because of my interview.

I am wondering the same thing. I was interviewed by her too but for R3.
keep your hopes alive...best of luck... as for me the wait continues

Thanks but I do not think I will have much hope until I retake the GMAT. My score is pretty low and my interview did not go as well as I expected. It was not bad or average but it was not too impressive either. It was my first time being interviewed and I was quite nervous!
Interviewed with John Hughes yesterday. It was a very relaxed, conversational interview. Just the typical questions - why did you pick your undergrad degree, why did you choose to work at your current company, why MBA, why Kenan Flagler, what would your boss say are your key strengths and weaknesses, do you feel that your GMAT score is representative if your abilities, etc.
It's going to be a looooooooooooong wait until we get the results!
Now, I have a decision to make, it seems. Free ride at Carlson or potentially no schol at UNC?
Shouldn't you be waiting for a decision from UNC first before having to make a decision? Or have you already received details about your fellowship?

No, I haven't received any details regarding fellowship. It's just me being overly pessimistic so that I don't have my hopes crushed into tiny tiny pieces.
So, I went through the admitted applicants on gmatclub for Kenan Flagler 2016 and took out the admits that are matriculating elsewhere and the average gmat shown is a staggering 722. pretty good start for the class of 2016.
