Yes. And the status in the application changes only after you have been emailed about your admission as well yoir scholarship.

I am A early R1 applicant. Applied on Nov 5.

Interviewed in Dec 1st week. Got the Result on Dec 20,2013.

Hey Everyone, I received an email notification on Feb 7th and I am happy to say that I was admitted into Krannert with a GA offer. I had a Skype interview on Jan 30th and was a R2 applicant. Best of luck to everyone!

Hey Sam, the answer to your question is yes. My GA offer came in about 5 hours after the original admissions email.
