the answer should be C
A cannot be the answer as 'divorce battles and class actions against corporations' is a noun modifier that modifies lawsuits .

Although you have arrived at the correct answer, your reasoning for rejecting A is not correct.

Medical malpractice claims, divorcing battles and class actions against corporations are all || and they tell us where are they pumping there money. A is incorrect because as per meaning of the sentence it should be pumped Money INTO something. Hence, A is incorrect.

No, 'for' is incorrect in A. It should be INTO.

I read it somewhere in Manhattan book that when you have two actions of different hierarchy happening ex, one series of action leading to another one; it is always recommended to use two different parallelisms to differentiate between them. So, investors are doing bankrolling and pumping of money into medical, divorce and class.
