It’s pretty intense since the interview lasted for about an hour. However, my alumni interviewer does not work in finance, so it’s not technical at all. The interview was much more about fit. I almost encountered all the questions I prepared for (ex. Why LBS, why MFA, walk me through your resume, strength/weakness, leadership, teamwork, business news, career goal, how can you contribute, why LBS over other Bschools etc.) It’s a lot of info to deal with but the interviewer was pretty nice, so it’s not that intimidating.

Just had my MiM interview. Was very pleasant and didn't get asked any stump questions. No need to get your nerves up too much beforehand but definitely have answers to classic behavioral questions in mind

Just be prepared with standard interview ques. Articulate your points well and treat it more like a conversation. My interviewer was quite nice and the whole interview went on smoothly.

They ask that you don't share the details of the interview so I'll try my best while respecting that. The interview is really geared in two directions, one being your fit with LBS and the other being your ability to defend your future career choices and viability.

You want to be able to explain not only why LBS and your career choice is right for you but why you are right for LBS and your career choice. I've read previous interview debriefs from earlier years that said you might encounter questions to test you on your awareness of current affairs/economics/business but I didn't encounter that and from what I've heard other people haven't either. You never know though so I would sharpen up on that prior to the interview.

Otherwise, let yourself loosen up prior to the interview and try to let it be more of a conversation than an interrogation
