I wanted advice on lor.
I have volunteer experience. My father works for a NGO and i have been an active participant. Its a big org and recently we have adopted a rural village and doing many activities there. Officially i work as a photographer in the media team. But since my father is the regional head I have also done other liaising and managing work. So will it be a good thing to get recommendation from a team member ? (obviously cant ask my father). PS we dont have professional email as such of the NGO, so is it advisable to put down the team members work email.?

Hello
raju1212 hope you are doing well
Would it be possible to take recommendations from one of the other senior members at the NGO (founding member, director etc.) instead of a fellow team member whose good words may not do much to substantiate the tall claims you may be making in your application?
Also, if the NGO is a big organization (as you mentioned) it would seem dubious to not get the recommendation from an official id. Or maybe if you get it from a senior official this would no longer be a problem.
Warm regards
