This question is best solved by drawing a diagram to represent the information in the question stem.
We are looking for information that will allow us to draw the diagram
According to the question stem, four of the answer choices are sufficient to accomplish this. Your job is to find the one that is NOT sufficient. Choice A is sufficient; if Kiko is taller than Luis and Luis is taller than Rei, Kiko must be taller than Rei.
Choice B is NOT sufficient; if Luis is taller than Marcus, then it is conceivable that Luis is taller than Kiko. Consequently, it is also possible that Rei, who is shorter than Luis, is also taller than Kiko; however, Rei may also be shorter. The best answer is B.
Use the diagrams we have already created to demonstrate, on your own, that C, D, and E are sufficient to make the conclusion logically sound.
