Next time both will swim there on the same day = LCM of 12 & 15 = 60 days

IMO Option E

Using Fundamental principle of counting,
Lupita --> 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, . . . .
Vin --> 15, 30, 45, 60, . . .

answer to question will be the LCM of 12 & 15 = 60 given options
