Hi there! Unfortunately these schools will be quite tough for you to get into given your stats. You are coming from the toughest demographic out there when it comes to b-school apps, as I'm sure you know, and it's also one that tends to have very high GMAT scores (typically ~30 points above a school's average). Your GMAT is on the low end & your GPA is quite low, so that will make these schools a solid reach for you. Your years of experience will be less of an issue for European schools (which tend to skew older) but will be a challenge for US schools, which tend to want applicants with 3-5 years of experience upon matriculation.

A lot will also depend on the strength of your accomplishments at work. The adcom wants applicants whose actions have driven quantifiable impact (e.g. increases in revenue, decreases in cost, etc) and they also want to see leadership experience. Extracurriculars are an important component of a strong application as well. And your post-MBA goals are critical since those are not only a way to differentiate yourself but also the foundation upon which your argument for why you need the MBA rests.
